This had to be one of the best experiences I have ever had with a car issue. My car was overheating and I called and Dan Demers answered and was so calm and told me he would love to find the problem and bring the car in. Dan is great and kept me calm, called me to explain what could be the problem and never let me feel like I was in the dark. This location is wonderful, they drove the car as Dan asked them to since the car had overheated on the constants stops in the morning and the guys did it and had my car going. I must say Dan Demers is wonderful and this is a wonderful store from all of the employees being very nice and friendly. Thank you very much Dan for talking me down off the ledge and keeping me calm and that you to the mechanics for such wonderful service to me.
