Best service of any tire place I have used. The manager was tops. Will use in the future. Give them all a raise. They deserve it.
Had a tire separate in Hamilton MT. Pulled in late in the day. They were extremely helpful and very personable. Great service and am very happy with my tires.
In recent months I submitted a review/commentary on what I felt was a poor customer service experience at the Post Falls Idaho store (even though the website says no reviews have been submitted on this location, which is not true). In this review I spoke of how I perceived the manager's (Ray) actions/response to my voicing of my dissatisfaction with how my Cooper tires were wearing on all three vehicles that I had them on. In addition, I commented in my review on things they told me were wrong with my vehicle that contributed to the wear issue, as well as several other issues, all of which two other shops disputed and disagreed with. I have to say that when Ray was made aware of my dissatisfaction he reached out to me several times to apologize for how he may have come across to me (or at least how I perceived it), which was not his intention at all. He invited me to come back in to the store and show me first-hand the issues with my vehicle and provide explanations. I took Ray up on his offer and he was quite accommodating and graciously spent the time going over the issues his team spoke of on my vehicle, and showed them to me in the shop. I appreciated his customer service follow-up and commitment to a satisfied customer. I have since returned several times for tire rotations and oil change services and will continue to do business with Ray and his team moving forward. His kind of follow-up and concern is only practiced by those that truly subscribe to total customer service, and providing an experience that at a minimum meets the customers' expectations if not exceeding them. I salute him for that. Having said that, I do continue to disagree on the causation of the horrible wear of my Cooper Discoverer AT/3 tires, which are wearing the same uneven way on all three vehicles they're on. This in no way reflects on Ray or his team, merely saying I'm unhappy with this product and will not buy a Cooper tire again for any of the fleet. Again, thanks Ray for the excellent follow-up and the concern you have demonstrated to ensure you could call me a satisfied customer as it relates to your services. You have succeeded.
Rex, Dave, and Cody have been super helpful getting stuff done for me. They are my "go to" guys for tire and auto help, purchased numerous sets of summer and winter tires, brake repair ect. Really do a great job and have been very fair on "road hazard" issues.
Just to let you know, we had a "Les Schwab" moment with Norman and the staff at Tire-Rama. We had a flat tire on our trip to Arizona for the winter. It happened a half hour from home and the next city was Great Falls, Montana. We stopped at Tire-Rama and Norman had our tire looked at right away. The tire couldn't be repaired and the guys were able to find a great used tire for us. The total bill was $45. We were very impressed and grateful for their terrific service and how quickly they were able to get us back on the road.
