I can't say thank you enough to Dustin! I called in to ask about a stop we made almost a year ago, passing through from Nebraska to Missoula, and with nothing but a name, what MONTH we were there and description of our visit(trailer tire so no vehicle info to look up), he was able to get me the info I needed regarding that transaction even though it was a CASH ticket. So friendly and so helpful! Our visit back in September of 2018 was nothing but accommodating as well! They went above and beyond...BOTH TIMES WE NEEDED THEM!
My wife and I were recently visiting from Canada when one of our tires failed and we limped into the Great Falls location. The staff quickly determined the tire was not repairable and located and installed a good used premium replacement tire that would allow us to continue our holiday and safely make it back home. Even though we were at their mercy and clearly would not be a repeat customer, the team went out of their way to provide us with professional quick service at a very reasonable cost. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I had a flat tire on my Ford 2600 tractor. Tire Rama came out in a timely fashion and got it repaired for me very fast, and the cost was a lot less than what I was expecting.
