I want to give a shout out to the guys in the shop, stopped in on Saturday 04/13/2019 had an issue with a tube on the front wheel of my Rat Rod. They came out and asked where to jack up the front end, proceeded to get the wheel off and begin to straighten the tube out. Looked inside the shop and the Manager was hands deep along with the technician both making sure the tube was positioned right. Just before installation of the wheel i went up front to pay for services and the Manager said "no charge".... Thanks to the crew at Tire Rama for the help!
I absolutely love these guys! They are my number 1! Even though my tire size was incorrect, they apologized and fixed the problem at a lower price and they even gave me a free oil change! They handled the problem so professionally. Shoutout to Randy, he helped me thru this process and was amazing and very professional! Thank you guys so much!
I am a new customer to Tire-Rama(Post Falls) and I bought some snow tires about a couple months ago. On April 3rd I had a special circumstance come up and Jay went above and beyond what is required of him by his company. Extremely happy with the service from Mikel at Tire Rama. I brought my BMW X3 in for a large screw in the tire and Mike took care of me. He was able to patch my tire and have me back on the road in less then 15 minutes. Everyone at this shop is very friendly and efficient. I am used to waiting hours at tire shops but not at Tire Rama! This is my goto shop for tire!!!
