We pulled inro TireRama with a major suspension problem on our RV during our family trip. Corey was very quick to help and took care of us. Him and is employees are excellent and would recommend them to anyone traveling through Casper
I want to say to this location in bozeman(by the mall location) the service was fantastic and i had service done and issues came after and they address the concern with professionalism and fixed the issue and my car is running like it should. I wanted to thank you to Matt and his team. I would recommend them to family and friends in Bozeman.
I live in Billings, however was in the Bozeman area last weekend and needed my tires rotated. So showed up without an appointment early in the morning. I was treated as though I were a regular customer to this particular location. Jeremy was awesome to work with and went above and beyond for me. I greatly appreciate the way I was treated. This says a lot about the organization as a whole and they way to care for your customers. TireRama and Jeremy...You Rock!!!
My wife and myself were driving up from Cottonwood Id and the low tire indicator light came on and noticed we ran over a nail. We made it into Courdelane and stopped at Les Schawb. They said it would be 2 hours. I noticed Tire Rama just down the street so we limped into the shop. We told the person what had happened and said we had a very important meeting in 30 minutes. The 2 guys in the shop jumped up and fixed the tire. Thank you Tire Rama you guys rock.
Ted, (the GM) is just the best. I've been taking my vehicles there since 2014 and they never fail to meet/exceed my expectations. Customer service is fantastic. Can't say enough good things about the guys at 1555 US 93 Kalispell location.
