I have been going here for years and have always felt I was in good hands. They are honest and go above and beyond. As a woman I am always cautious that some may try to take advantage, but not here. Never.
This location is the only location I will frequent. They have done great by my husband and I. We had Wal-Mart tires on all four wheels, and they all went bad within less than a year, so we slowly, or maybe not so slowly, had them all replaced at the Sullivan Tire-Rama location, and each time we got timely and friendly service, the lowest price quotes, and when it was something wrong with the tire they installed, they fixed it for free. I'm very satisfied with our service, and thank you Larry for being honest. We appreciate it and we'll continue to do business with your store. Thank you.
We always look forward to our visits to Tire Rama in Belgrade--mainly because of Chris! He is always looking for ways to help others, while also making us laugh. I don't know much tires or wheels or alignment, etc...and Chris always takes the time to explain things to me in a kind way. I truly appreciate him and his customer service! Tire Rama is lucky to have him.
A big shout out to Mike at the N. Meridian Kalispell location! He took the time to explain the newer tire construction and helped me fill more at ease in buying stud-less snow tires. Also, I came from the courthouse and planned on walking back, but I was worried about missing my turn, so they gave me a ride back to the courthouse! To say Tire Rama on N. Meridian has great customer service would be a huge understatement, thanks you guys for all your help and getting me and my vehicle in and out of there so quickly! I highly recommend the N.
